Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We strive to provide you with fast and reliable shipping across Canada and the USA. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts). A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $30.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of being placed.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping to the U.S.:

  • Standard shipping to the U.S. typically takes 4-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
  • Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If something isn’t right, you can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note, any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Returns:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
  • Sale items or custom products are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. We do not accept exchanges for any other reason.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns that do not meet our return policy may incur additional charges or be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will assist you. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will require the customer to pay for reshipping.
